Hey Parents, we get it - supporting your child as they step into today’s job market can feel harder than ever. With young people applying to more roles than ever, struggling to secure entry-level opportunities, and navigating a fast-changing world of AI and new pathways like apprenticeships, it’s no wonder so many families feel unsure about the 'right' next step.

Young people are facing real challenges, from constant rejection and competitive hiring processes to pressure from headlines and social media about what success should look like. As a parent or carer, you want to guide them, but knowing what advice is helpful (and what might hold them back) isn’t always clear.

We work closely with some of the UK’s biggest early careers employers and have years of experience running student and graduate recruitment programmes. We see first-hand what’s changing, what employers are really looking for, and where young people often struggle.

That’s why we created MISSION EMPLOYABLE – a free newsletter for parents and carers, designed to cut through the noise and give you clear, practical insights you can trust. We’ll help you understand today’s career pathways – from apprenticeships and graduate schemes to alternative routes – while sharing tips on applications, interviews, AI in hiring, and how to build your child’s confidence and resilience.

Everything we share is grounded in real industry insight, so you can feel more confident supporting your child to find their path – whatever that may look like.
